| Returns will be accepted on UNUSED items within 30 days of receipt, along with the proof of |
purchase receipt from Yarn and Stitchery Alcove. All shipping costs will be charged to the
customer for any returns.

Only defective yarns will be refunded and must be reported within 3 business days. Any books,
magazines, or patterns that have been purchased are non-refundable. |
