In the event that certain skeins of yarn would need to be returned, they should be in-tact in
their original packaging along with a brief explanation of the problem and returned to:

Returns will be accepted on UNUSED items within 30 days of receipt, along with the proof of
purchase receipt from Yarn and Stitchery Alcove. All shipping costs will be charged to the customer for any returns.
Only defective yarns will be refunded and must be reported within 3 business days. Any books, magazines, or patterns that have been purchased are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
